I walked in to Canobie Lake Toyota just asking to test drive some used cars to figure out what I wanted to purchase. I made it clear to Eldreson, the sales associate I was working with, that I had no anticipation of purchasing a vehicle that day. Even still, he was calm and patient and walked to get every car I asked to look at (which was quite a few). I ended up purchasing the last vehicle I looked at and I love it. While I waited for a loan to process and went home, Eldreson communicated consistently to keep me updated on the status of the car and what to expect next. On a return visit to finish purchasing the car, Eldreson stayed beyond his typical hours in order to complete my purchase and waited for paperwork to go through. During this time, I witnessed someone at the dealership who was an older gentleman just looking to chat and share and was very excited to do so; instead of being dismissive or pretending to be busy which I so often see, Eldreson listened to the man with eye contact and kindness and patience until he was done speaking some time later. In today's world with people often rushing around and busy busy busy, this was really wholesome to see. I would definitely return here again in the future to buy and recommend Eldreson in particular, too.
